Call for Sponsors

The Child and Youth Care Association of Alberta (CYCAA) is proud to be hosting this year’s National Child and Youth Care Conference. This collective event will welcome over 300 delegates to Canmore, Alberta, from October 4th thru 7th, 2022. The CYCAA is proud to be celebrating our 50th year anniversary, this year’s theme is, “Reaching for a Better Tomorrow”. It is critical that the counsellors serving those in need receive continued training and expertise in areas such as trauma-informed care to provide optimal services required for success.

Conferences like this provide a forum for additional training, education and networking amongst professionals gathered from all areas of Canada. Holding such an event can bear significant upfront costs to the hosting association. We are currently accepting sponsorships from all recognized CYC agencies registered with the CYCAA, followed by partnering provincial community agencies that engage in frontline services with children, youth and families. There is a three-tiered sponsorship opportunity with their associated benefits listed below.

We are hoping to identify our 10 agency sponsors by August 1st, 2022.

Sponsorship Levels

Please note the conference venue only has the space for 10 tables. Requests for tables will be taken on a first come first-served basis.

Presenting Sponsor - $5,000.00

This level of financial contribution will provide benefits outlined but not limited to:

● You will be a titled sponsor for the entirety of the conference.
● Presentation booth/display on a first come first serve basis.
● Logo recognition on CYCAA website, all printed materials, signage, program itinerary, collateral,
etc., as the presenting sponsor;
● Logo recognition on CYCAA website, all printed materials, signage, program itinerary, collateral,
etc., as well as a mix and mingle sponsor;
● 2 tickets to attend the entire conference including workshops, mix and mingle, valued at
approximately $1200;
● Recognition through media releases and social media plat forms;
● Includes certificate recognition, presented at opening ceremonies.
● Other opportunities to be discussed upon commitment.

Mix and Mingle Reception Sponsor - $2,500.00

This level of financial contribution will provide benefits outlined but not limited to:

● You will be a title sponsor for the mix and mingle event.
● Presentation booth/display on a first come first serve basis.
● Logo recognition on CYCAA website, all printed materials, signage, program itinerary, collateral,
etc., as the mix and mingle sponsor;
● 1 ticket to attend the entire conference including workshops, mix and mingle, etc. valued at
approximately $600;
● Recognition through media releases and social media plat forms;
● Includes certificate recognition, presented at the mix and mingle event.
● Other opportunities to be discussed upon commitment.

Conference Commodities Sponsor - $1,000.00

This level of financial contribution will provide benefits outlined but not limited to:

● Presentation booth/display on a first come first serve basis.
● Logo recognition on CYCAA website, all printed materials, signage, program itinerary, collateral,
etc., as the presenting sponsor;
● Opportunity for logo recognition on conference commodities.
● Recognition through media releases and social media plat forms;
● Other opportunities to be discussed upon commitment.
